Q: How do I see the Cameo by RUX products in person?

A: Currently we are sold exclusively online. However, we can arrange private appointments in the New York City area. Please contact us at 212.206.0977 x. 2 or contact@camoebyrux.com to make an appointment.

Q: How long does it take to get a Cameo by RUX product?

A: The bangles take approximately 3-5 weeks and the rings approximately 8 to 10 weeks. This duration is measured from the time we receive a good profile photograph, not necessarily from the date the order is placed. The Polybusts are available for pre-orders now. They will ship in the fall.

Q: How are the Cameo by RUX products made?

A: Every piece begins with an image. From there, we merge the talents of traditional craftsman with digital fabrication technologies to make each piece. The bangles are carved by hand, the rings are made using a lost wax casting process, and the porcelain busts are made by slipcasting.

Q: How do I send in a profile picture?

A: You can upload a digital image of your side profile during the checkout process. You can also send us a picture via email or in the mail. All of these options are available for your to choose from at checkout. Shortly after sending, a Cameo by RUX representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your image.

Cameo by RUX bangles and rings are wearable works of art. Each one is custom made. Representations of individuals are subject to artistic interpretation or slight alteration in order to allow for fabrication.

All orders are subject to availability. Limited Edition products not in stock may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. In the event that Cameo by RUX experiences an unusually high volume of custom orders, lead times may increase. A Cameo by RUX representative will contact you immediately if delays are anticipated with the order. If you have special rush delivery needs please contact us and we will do our best accommodate you.

Cameo by RUX delivers all products via FEDEX or UPS. Details of the delivery service can be chosen during checkout. Due to the precious value of Cameo by RUX products, all deliveries require signature upon receipt.

Return Policy on Custom Products

All Cameo by RUX sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, they cannot be refunded. In the event that there is an error on the part of Cameo by RUX, the original product can be returned and will be replaced with the correct design at no additional charge to the customer.

Return Poilcy on Limited Edition Products

Each limited edition product is a work of art and individually numbered and signed as part of a series. All products are carefully inspected before shipping. All sales are final, unless the artwork is damaged in shipping, in which case the product can be returned to Cameo by RUX and replaced with a new piece at no additional charge.
